Axis - Elevation, point P0
Each axis definition starts with the definition of the starting point P0.
If P0 is used again at a later moment a line will be created and the current angle is redundant. The orientation of the last element may not necessarily correspond with the previous element. In that case, an additional point element handles the rotation.
